Lumix Camera - Panasonic Lumix camera

I bought a Lumix camera for my daughter for xmas. After about 6 weeks the touch screen on the camera started to peel away from the body of the camera. We returned it to Panasonic who refused to warranty the product claiming it had been damaged. There was no damage prior to shipping and the camera had barely been used. I will contact BBB and sue Panasonic in small claims court to hhonor their warranty and cause them as much of a headache and hassle as I can. I will never buy another Panasonic product as long as I live and will promote as much negative PR as I can possibly inflict.
