Account closed without notice

Gunpal on 1/19/10 sent email to email box which I opened and answered. Upon answering email, my entire data on my pc was deleted. I complained to them about my situation, and; they denied anything to do with that. On mon 1/25/10-at 1 am, i recieved email that my account was closed. No explanation was given why this action was done. I answered email. Their email they sent me was deleted from my email box. On 1/25/10, email from Gunpal told me there was consumer complaints against the account, and that I would face criminal fraud charges. They would not tell me who filed complaints, and they blocked entry into account to address issues.
