Took $149.95 out of my checking account with out my my approval they had sent email's to my inbox for 3 day's i never gave my consent just deleted their messages

ACH sent email's to my inbox when i opened i imediatly deleted they did this for three day's then i noticed $149.95 out of my checking account with out my consent. How can they do this to people and get by with it. I when i started checking them on line i seen that i was not the was not the only one they had done this to. I would like to have my money put back where they got it from.
