They charge 200 dollars for something they did not do

I had my taxes done at a walmart location on january 15 i was charged 200 dollars to get a RAL wich says one to two business days i was informed that the computer showed i would have my money in 24 hours i have been waiting for over 48 and when i called they told me it could take up to five days i paid for 24 to 48 hours not 5 days i think they should have to refund my money that i have to pay for services that i am not getting and they should not be able to do tax payers this way they make alot of money for services that they are not providing
