Jackson Hewitt / hsbc ripoff jackson hewitt charged me for a 24 hr refund anticipation loan and hsbc gave me half and denyed the rest

I went to Jackson Hewitt to take advantage of their Money Now Loan. After filling out all of the paperwork and promising them I would pay the $316 fee for all tax preparation fees and the Money Now Loan, I was told that I was approved for the MOney Now Loan which was half of my anticpated refund as well as the balance that i would recieve in 24 hours

24 hours later I was told that HSBC, the bank that gave me the Money Now Loan had denyed the other portion of my loan due to my credit worthiness! And I was told I had to wait two weeks for the balance of my loan. I have been arguing with Jackson Hewitt and HSBC because my taxes are now filed and now all I can do is wait for my balance.

My question is, (nd I hope an attorney is reading this) why approve me for half and deny the other half and inconvience me. I could have (and should have) done my own taxes on-line and kept all of my money if it was explained to me properly or the would have denyed me completely.

As consumers, we should be given the opportunity to refuse or accept the partial loan. They didnt give me any choice. They took it upon themselves to make a decision they had no right to make.
