I filed my taxes with jackson hewitt. The only reason i filed with them was to get the money now program that i see on t. V, cause i needed the money soon. They told me that if i don't quilfy for the money now program then i would go into the program that would allow me to get my money in 1-2 days and i was cool with that.

On the third day i gave them a call and was like where is my money. The lady told me that if i didn't quilfy for the 1-2 day program i would automaticly go into a program that would send my check to me in 11-17 days. I could have went on the net and got my money in 10 days. These people charge people these outrageous prices to do there taxes and charge more if you want your money quickly. I wasn't tring to wait 11-17 days for my money but once i said do my taxes there was no stopping the process.

I could have got them done somewhere else for a rapid refund. They need to let people knnow if they can get a quick return or not before they take your money. I wish i would have went somewhere else or done it myself.
