Caused massive overdraft fees

Columbia house recently over ONE order hit us with THREE genie holds all within minutes of each other. This was for a single purchase! @ It caused our account to overdraft on our mortgage as well as two ther checks. We were hit with three fees from our bank as a consequence. We notified them by fax with copies of the bank statements. They owe us the fees.
