Overdraft Fee Scam

I have been with bank of America for less than a year and i have been assessed with $1,715 in overdraft fees. I Have tried talking to them and they insist that i caused the over drafts. After reviewing My bank statements i see maybe 3 or 4 overdrafts actually caused be myself. But All the rest show that the had assessed me and over draft fee witch cause me to overdraft and then they charged me $35 dollar overdraft fees for like $1.00 transactions. Which would have been cover if the original false overdraft wasn't assessed. Please i need help with this i don't know who to talk to.
