1,715 Dollars In Overdraft Fees Triggered By False Initial Overdraft

I have been with Bank of America for less than a year and I have been assessed with $1,715 in overdraft fees. I have tried talking to them and they insist that I caused the overdrafts. After reviewing my bank statements I see maybe 3 or 4 overdrafts actually caused be myself. But all the rest show that the had assessed me and overdraft fee which cause me to overdraft and then they charged me $35 dollar overdraft fees for like $1.00 transactions. Which would have been cover if the original false overdraft wasn't assessed. Please I need help with this I don't know who to talk to.
