BFS Warranty scam - BFS cancelled by contract when they could not fix my dishwasher!

I have been paying BFS for home warranty and premium for air conditioners for almost 4~5 years, yet when I had continous problems with my dish washer instead of changing a new washer because they could not fix it - they blamed it on user abuse for having 2 roaches under the washer which caused the damage!
