Scam, didn'thonor the form of payment specified in the estimate, trying make us pay 110% more than the actual cost of the move estimate per the contract

I am dissatisfied with your service because the estimate order for service agreed upon for my delivery has not been honored.instead, you are trying to change the conditions of the contract by adding additional charges and moving the delivery date to an unspecified date. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by speaking with numerous individuals and many unreturned phone calls. I have been spoken to rudely and feel to some degree threaten by the threat to withhold my personal items. I have enclosed copies of my records which clearly states that the window of delivery would be completed by January 4 no later than the morning of the 5th. My records show the payment terms which included a $350 deposit and final payment due at time of destination delivery. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.
Carrier is not responding to a filed complaint or an inquiry
Carrier refuses to participate in the arbitration process.

I also going to send you the info about not paying the balance today.in that
case we going to put your items in storage for not paying your bill on the
delivery date that has been agreed! Additional Waiting pickup fee of $380
and redelivery fee of 1 dollar per cubic feet ($700-$800) to load and unload
your items from the storage to the truck also a storage fee of $100 per volt
per month for estimate of 4 volts which be about $400! Total amount that
need to be paid in case of not paying the agreed balance ($1196.50) will be
around $2776.50 and auction notice will be send to you a soon as posible! So
please try to make the payment to bravo account today and get your staff
around Friday
