Ripped off at every step of the move

1) CARRIER DID NOT HONOR A BINDING ESTIMATE: I received a binding estimate from the moving company after inspection of all the goods being moved. On the day of the move they said nothing but loaded the truck. After loading the truck they told me that the cubic feet was more so they will charge me 70% more money. I asked them to unload the truck as the bill was much above my paying capacity. They told me that they will adjust the cost of the complimentary boxes and the hours spent in loading and unloading the truck in my deposit. I was left with no choice and finally settled for 33% more than their initial estimate.

2) HARASSMENT AND OVERCHARGE: When the truck reached my apartment at around 11 pm the truck driver told me that he will charge me $75 every 75 feet over and above the first 75 feet. He did not have any rates anywhere and the bill I had signed said "extra payment over and above first 50 feet". He then changed his estimate and said that he will charge $75 for every 50 feet over and above first 50 feet. I tried contacting the head office but to no avail. I told him that I wont pay any extra money until and unless I talk to somebody in their office. He told me he will charge me $200 at that time but will charge me $300 if I wait till morning. Next day morning, when I talked to the person in head office he threatened me saying that if I don't pay what the driver was asking he will start charging me waiting time in addition to $300. I had no choice but to say yes

3) DID NOT HONOR FORM OF PAYMENT: I was told to give payment in money order and i got a personal money order made but the driver told me that he would only take postal money order and made me go to ATM to get cash to pay him.

4) MISINFORMATION: They told me initially that they won't charge me more than "binding estimate" but charged me more; they did not tell me about unloading charges; they did not tell me about neutral arbitration process; and they did not tell me anything about not accepting PERSONAL money order (the contract said "money order")
