Lian will contact you, she will be very nice. She'll give you a great estimate. If you ask for an in-home "binding" estimate a guy named Isaac will show up at your door being very courteous and give you maybe a slightly higher "binding estimate." However, on the day of the move, Isaac will show up and be very impatient the day of the move and then once all your items are loaded up, he'll say "you have more stuff here than you showed me." Your "binding estimate" will jump between 30-50% and thats only problems with the pickup. Also, if they pack items for you, expect to pay double what was quoted, they did so to me and others (if you see the other reviews on this company and its many pseudonyms).

When it comes time to have your items delivered. If a delivery date has been agreed on, don't expect it to arrive on that date. My items were supposed to arrive on a Saturday (after waiting for 2.5wks from the time we requested them) and I was called on a Friday telling me that they would not arrive for another four days, if that. Lian, the only representative that works for this company, was very rude when I demanded they tell me the exact date the items were shipped and when they would arrive.

Please do not used Peak Van Lines, Galaxy Van Lines or Target Moving and Storage. Now they go by Peak Van Lines and Lian is their main and only representative on the phone.
