Verbal contract and $350 cancellation fee after changing plan

AT&T wireless company has lied to me, never informed me about a verbal contract and I did not sign no papers for a written contract. They told me since I changed my plan i added 1 more year to my contract. They lied to me by saying I never called them to cancel my service. They charged me 350.00 dollars for cancelling.

The customer service reps are rude and were yelling at me on the phone. I even talked to 3 different supervisors and they gave me 3 different stories. I have gotten threats over the phone. They ignore my questions. Told me I haven't made a payment in 120 days but I consolidated my bills and they have been getting payments from the consolidation company. Hung up on me.

So many things to go on with it just maked me so made and frustrated I could scream and I told them if it wasn't straightened out I was calling my lawyer and they said well go right ahead we don't care. I am so tired of companies think they own us something has to be done. And people warned me about them and one of the customer service reps agreed about the company how bad it was at once.
