He also made many errors in his communicating with the other parties lawyer in the action I retained him on. Even though he knew I was male he would refer to me as a female. This was embarrassing to me as well. His bill was about 5 times higher than what it should have been I believe. He is now suing me on January 27 as we could not reach a settlement.
