Unorganized, pitiful example of a lawyer, uncompetent at handling workers comp cases St. Louis

Robert Reinhold is not fit to be a lawyer. He is unorganized, fails to follow up, doesn't return phone calls or emails, and tries to get individuals dealing with a workmans comp issue to take the littlest amount possible. The two offices of his that I have had the unfortunate opportunity to visit, were trash bins, with no organization at all.

We have had to obtain all the information necessary to pursue this case, and this so called lawyer wouldn't even take depositions from individuals that knew and could testify that the company was at fault.

The doctors that he sends you to are doctors that deal specifically with workmans comp insurance, so of course their percentage of disability that they will say is a result of the injury is very low.

In our situation, it was easier to obtain Social Security Disability than it has been so far to get a settlement. All I can say at this point is that he has wasted several years, and just recently asked for documents from Social Security. This documentation should have been requested several years ago.

Should we ever reach settlement, I will update this report with more information. I also intend to file a complaint against this lawyer with the Attorney Generals Office.

We would have fired this guy a long time ago, however, due to financial issues, we have been unable to do so.
