Service was incorrectly set up for the Mas Ultra package and assistance pertaining to multiple erroneous bill statements have not been properly resolved. The most recent of 4 total calls has not been responded to in over 1 week. The DIRECTV dispute resolution process does not seem to function timely or effectively.
