Caution when purchasing products made by MIDWEST MANUFACTURING which are sold by Menards... Mastercraft doors, decking, etc... This company is impossible to deal with if you have a problem. Menards totally passes the buck to Midwest... They always blame install... And send idiotic customer service letters. WARRANTIES are a joke! We bgt 5 special order french doors made by Mastercraft/Midwest. All leaked (seals broke inside the glass as well). Midwest sent a rep who deemed fixed. Still leaked (have pics to prove). Midwest does not claim responsibility for poor product. Totally blames install. We paid big money to adjust everything for proper install... To no avail. Forced to rip out and replace with Pella sliders... Putting us $1,000's over budget. DO NOT BUY MASTERCRAFT, Mastercrap, Mastershaft products. You will be sorry.
