I recently purchased a bobopedic matress the salesperson Katheri collins was thinking about producing the purchase after I approched her. She informed us about bobs discount plan... But but omitted the component where the customer should purchase the shipping... She did great if she was selling used vehicles.

I called complaining that my matress is way too hard after i rested onto it one-night. And desired to trade it for that luxurious and that I was never informed that there is a test before I will trade or return the matress.

And was never informed in regards to a 60 buck shipping charge easily created an change?

Ps is that this frank furniture discount method to create revenue?

I'll return the matress at my exspense and get from another seller... Bobs you dropped my company and my whole household is likely to be informed about that bitter encounter. And i operate a company in Ct and that I will even tell-all my clients to not store at bobs
