Matress return

I bought a night therphy Matress on line and was not at all what I expected Called Sams for a refund and pick up. They said someone would call me for pickup date in 7 to 14 days. So I went to Sams a picked out anther matress that I was able to lay on for my confort. Well that was Nove 16. And since than I haved called them at least 8 times and keep getting the same answer. Someone will call you for pick up this is Jan 10. I live on a fix income and the cost of the matress is still on my credit card. I have the reference and order number if you need them but am not sure if I should post them. This is causing me much stress. The last superviser I talk to Name was crystal
