Real or fraud?

Placed an order with this company on Dec 15 and paid extra for priority mail. Have still not received this package and when looking at account online says that it is still in process. I have called the number provided several times and no one ever answers... There is alway a recording telling you that if you got the recording that they are helping someone else and to leave a message. I have left numerous messages and at this point still no one has contacted me. At one point the recording said that they were all working in the warehouse... But since has gone back to the other recording. There is no answer does not matter when you call. It is a ripoff! Do not order from this company! Customer service is nonexistent... If in fact it is a legitimate company.
