Ripoff Order not sent, company unresponsive to phone calls and e-mail Online Store

I placed an order for uniforms and pom poms on 1/2/06. My order was confirmed on 1/3/06 and my card was charged 1/6/06. It is now 1/17/06 and I have not received shipping confirmation, mechandise, or a return phone call or e-mail.

I have called this company every day (6-7 times a day) since 1/10/06. Every call is met with the same recording "... If you have reched this recording during normal business hours, please call back..." You are not able to leave a message for them at all.

Further, they have some crazy customer service system with "support tickets". I went through that process twice, but have not heard a peep.

I have also e-mailed them twice. No reply.

If this company is just a scam, they have gone through some pretty great lengths to look legitimate. I would love to contact their suppliers and rat them out! They truly should not be able to conduct business this way.

I have a bunch of disappointed cheerleaders!
