Ripoff, removed $99.90 from my checking account on 12/27/05 without my authorization, i only ordered the trail sample

I ordered a trail sample of Leanlifepm and on Dec. 27, $99.90 was taken from my checking account. I called SEVERAL times only to hear a recording saying to leave my name, number and a message.

I finally after leaving many messages and no one calling me back I was able to connect with a REAL person named Monica. I explained what happened and she told me to return the shipment (which by the way I hadn't even received yet at that point.

I finally received the package after about 2 weeks, I went to my post office and mailed it back on Jan. 6, I sent it back with a "RETURN RECEIPT FOR MERCHANDISE".

I didn't get back the returned receipt for about 3 weeks, I then called the company and told them that I received the card with the signature of someone from their company so therefore obviously they had received the package.

I then spoke to someone named Christina and she informed me that they could not find my package and she looked up the "Track & Confirm" number but it was not registered. I called the post office and they told me that if someone from LeanlifePM signed the green receipt card then they received it and there should be no problem.

I then called back and asked for Monica or Christina and was put on hold and then the recording came on saying to leave name, number and message. I called seven (7) more times after that and got the same recording every time, my last call to them was on Jan. 24.

Until this day I have not heard from anyone from that company. It took me some time I must admit to realize that I was ripped off. Please help me!
