I have paid my bill sometimes late but never disconnected but my bill is current but now they sent me a letter saying I have to pay an extra $300.00 due to the fact that I have bad credit and have to pay a Deffered Deposit or be disconnected appearntly this is a tactic they use to force people in hardship already to I guess prepay for services not yet rendered this company is little by litttle raising rates shaking down anyone and everyone they can like protection money to the Mob! From my perspective this could be seen as a criminal act! Wake up people and voice your concern otherwise they will only raise thier rates more!!
