Overcharging

Since i started my business and i signed a contract with this company, i started getting overcharged by not only this company but by other different companies as well and i am losing so much money. That is because they not only charge for the times i use it but they also charge monthly and i never agreed to that bull shit!

Another thing, is that they didnt even inform me when or what they were gonna charge. For example they asked for my bank account so that they could charge me automatically but they never told me when they were gonna take out the money so when i used the money for something and then they took it out without notifying, my bank account got charged for overdraft and charged even more! And until this day i want to know what some of these random charges are for because thanks to this company all the money we have been earning is going to them!

Since i am not really familiar with this type of stuff and i know that there are other people who are also complaining and i was wondering if there is any attorney who could help me with this situation because this is really costing people alot of money and with this economy we need all the money we can save.
