Aol false imformation, unjustified charges ripoff

I signed up for aol services for about a years now. Then when I got the dsl cable I had to change the plan I had with them. They gave a two month trial where I was supposed to pay $9.25 a month then I was gonna go to $14 they were charging me for some stuff I wasn't supposed to to be charge for.

I decided to cancel my account with them. When I call the menber service the guy to who I talked to asked me why I was trying to cancel my account. I told him it's because I haven't been using it and that the were charging mr for call alert which I had never personnally signed up for.

He told me he was sorry about the charges and that to make up for that he was going to cancel the call alert and give me a free month trial, and that within that month if I wanted to cancel my acount I will just have to call the costumer sevice and cancel my account at no extra charge.

Later on when I decided to cancel it, the consultant to who I talked told me I was going to get charge a cancelation fee on $20. And when I asked why, he told me that I signed up for a six month contract which I never did. Then when I checked my account later that month they charged me for the call alert and a monthly fees which they were both supposed to sionce my account has been cancelled.

My account when overdrowned and they keep sending those charges to the bank who charges me for overdraft fee without even giving them the money. When I call I talk to some asian people who keep saying they are sorry without fixing the problem.

When I talk to the last one today I ask for his name and he told me his name was RIKY MARTIN just to make fun of me

I am a student and I work very hard to make that money. If any body can help me I will be willing to.
