Don't purchase from TotalProDigital.com. It is baitandswitch, only a fraud. I needed to bought a particular and somewhat pricey Sony camcorder. When I spoke towards the salesman, he recommended I purchase another design Sony with a few components declaring it had been really near to my unique wish in functions. After getting the camcorder, I view it once and recorded the container closed. It appeared different compared to camcorder I needed. I named TotalProDigital.com and watch for quite a long time and lastly watts as informed their will be a 15% restocking charge. I hung-up and named again speaking with someone else which period the restocking charge was 20%. I eventually named customer support and was informed their will be a 10% restocking charge. Almost $50.00 to guarantee and deliver the garbage back again to TotalProDigital. I sent these criminals and insisted they pay me for my delivery costs and not seen from their website. Not just do they are doing only a little baitandswitch to idiots like myself, they lied concerning the alleged restocking charge requiring they might drop income because of charge card company costs.
