Beginning on December 8 I obtained my nearly $250.00 purchase from National Candle, amost $60 of the purchase was incorrect, they delivered the wrong "fragrance" of candles. I named and was informed I'd need to keep in touch with a boss plus one might contact me back. No-call back actually arrived that evening. I named 24 hours later and was placed on store... Permanently, I eventually hung-up after fifteen minutes. About the next evening I sent them with my scenario providing to actually maintain the incorrect candles, simply send me the right fragrance (Frankensense and Myrrh, a conventional Holiday fragrance and presents for my loved ones. Never received an aknowledgement or reaction. I quit. Customer support and precision of purchase gets an -Y, up to now however no reaction though all info was supplied bill # wherever it plainly says the fragrance requested - 9 candles in most. Not recommended for potential revenue due to non existent customer support.
