Buyer beware!

I bought a stick marketed to become 36" long with a good wood handle. The stick that came was just 30" long and also the handle was made from steel. I named customer support (never a solution) and sent backwards and forwards having a customer support consultant for some times. I had been educated that I really could not trade them simply because they don't possess a 36" stick in-stock. Their site provides several canes of 36" long, incidentally. After I requested to get a reimbursement they required that I purchase return delivery (okay) along with a 20% restocking charge. They repeatedly declined to switch them for what I'd really requested and required the restocking charge and shipping charges. They never had my product in-stock, however it is marketed on the webpage. Additionally they obtain A - 20% restocking charge after having delivered you the incorrect product. This can be a fraud.
