I requested Karl Lagerfeld "KL" manufacturer fragrance out of this organization via an advertisement on Scentmall.com. I charged on my Credit card. It had been charged on my Credit as "CCBilleu.com. I obtained "Chanel" fragrance rather than the fragrance manufacturer I requested. There's a with this site (12/27/10) from Donna Schuette about that organization. She also getting "Chanel" fragrance rather than the manufacturer she requested. The corporation clearly does this a great deal. So what can be achieved? How do I get my money-back?
