I received a bill for the period after I disconnected my service from T Mobile and transferred my phone to a different carrier. I called in to discuss with their customer service and remove the additional full month of service they charged me, while they did not provide service! This charge sounds so ridiculous that I could not believe it in the first place. What they said is more ridiculous. They said you should let us know one month in advance before you disconnect from us, and our service is like an apartment lease and you need to notify us one month in advance!!!

I asked for a supervisor. The girl on the phone came back to tell me that she can give me credit for half of the month of the service I had not used! I refused to accept that and asked for a supervisor again. I was transferred and a guy came on the phone asking me for the full amount again! I explained what they could readily see on their computer that my account was canceled and I was charged for an extra month after service was disconnected. The guy on the phone argued and said they will send the bill to collection and I will have to deal with that.

After a long time of bargaining, he said he will charge me an extra $10 and cancel the rest of the payment. I agreed to pay this amount just to be rid of this ridiculous company and not to hear from them again. This is not the first time they had over charged me. Good riddance T Mobile. I discourage everyone to sign up with this company unless you want to be ripped off and sent to collection for the service you have not used!!!
