Rude and Lier's

I went to this studio for my first visit because my daughter goes to a different location and loved it. It is not very often that I get all 4 of my Granddaughters together. My appointment was at 10AM there was a large party in front of us that took hours so when they got to us it was rush rush. I seen on there sight that for Christmas a child in a box as a present I ask to do that was told they can't around the Holidays. So I let it go till today when my daughter went to the one she usually goes to and low and behold they did it. I called and Sonya Brunno who took my pictures got on the phone and called me a liar that she never told me that. I am livid! She gave me corporate number and hung up. After spending $105.00 was a lot to me. NEVER again will I go back there and I will let everyone know also.
