Auto Payment Drafted Despite Two-Month Deferment, Refund Delayed

The rep asked me if I would like a 2-month deferment, and I agreed to that since I wasn't able to make the Oct. payment. So the Oct. and Nov. payments were set up as deferred, or at least I thought so. When Nov. 30th came around, I saw that they had drafted the payment out anyway, so I called them and was instructed to send in a running bank statement, which I did, even though they saw in their notes that I was on a 2-month deferment. The rep then stated that once it was received, they could start the process of a reversal of funds.

They got my fax on Tuesday! I had to stay on the phone an hour and a half to speak with a manager after being switched to numerous reps who all asked the same redundant questions to verify who you are. Ugh! Needless to say, today is Sat. Dec. 12, and my money still has not been posted to my account after I was told by a manager that it had been processed. I was then told today, 12/12/09, that an operations manager has to make the funds available?! Seriously, what kind of treatment is this? They are the absolute worst company to do so-called business with!
