Business & Finance

Was online looking at payday loans and someway was transferred to this site. I would have never agreed to a $99.95 charge for a membership (Couldn't and Can't afford it). This company bill my account for $99.95, $29.95, and $29.95. When I saw the bank withdrawls I looked at the information onthe checks submitted for payment. Well low and behold, not only was my name incorrect, but the address was also incorrect. Matt at Moneyonthego informed me that I had to write corporate to get the $99.95 and $29.95, but they would credit my account the last $29.95. When I asked for the telephone number for the Corporate Office, I was told that Corporate didn't have a telephone number but that his supervisor's name is Mack. Well I am going to send this letter to "Corporate" we will see if I get my money back. But I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. May I suggest that you do the same, if you feel that you have been duked.
