Carpet Cleaning San Diego destroyed my natural stone

I hired tony toth and his sons to clean my carpet and they did a wonderful job with the carpet but they destroyed my natural stone. I only had a few stains on my granite counter top and while they say they are professionals in deep stone cleaning than tell me how in hell they managed to chip and scratch the surface.

I left my home while he worked because he was a good guy but when I came back the damage was already done.

They refuse a refund and tonys poor english ass doesnt even want to come by my house to see the damage his son caused. I had a very hard time understanding his english. When i call the office they put me on hold then never pickup. Im tired of this and wanted to let the world know.
