Numerous unauthorized charges to credit card

Proactiv Solution charged my credit card twice for items I had already paid for and had the checks to prove it. I always paid the invoice by check and was surprised when I saw extra charges on my credit card. I had charged a bottle of lotion on my credit card over the internet and once they had that info they began charging the card saying I owed for products they had sent. I contacted them telling them they could not just take money from my account whenever they wanted. They would not work with me on getting my money refunded. Because of them my account was overdrawn I went to my bank and got the fees back that they charged for non-sufficient funds then I reported Proactiv to the Better Business Bureau and they got my money back for me. From the looks of all the reports here, I am not the first to have this happen to. But I thought it was important to go on the record and file a report. Proactiv thinks they have a license to steal but you can fight back and win. Contact your BBB.
