I purchased two devices at Sears This final Saturday, 12/05. These producsts were shipped today promptly, nevertheless I've a problem regarding a refund that was guaranteed. I've been about the telephone for 37 (thirty-seven) moments and am still waiting, hearing the speech informing me that "all reps continue to be helping different callers", and thanking me for my persistence. I've dropped my persistence and genuinely believe that this really is crazy and really should be fixed quickly. 41 (forty-one) moments have passed by, so that as I'm certain there's nobody about the different aspect of the point at this time am quitting and certainly will need to proceed individually towards the shop.
