Refund not received

On 02/04 I bought a Kenmore clothes dryer in the Sears shop in Alpharetta, GA. The salesman explained concerning the $75.00 refund and offered me the required paperwork to publish the refund request. On 02/10 I posted the refund information online. I've copies of all of the paperwork. Well it's today 04/29 but still no refund. Today I've discovered many of these grievances and that I doubt that I'll actually get the refund. I've approached them at their refund website and also havenot obtained an answer. Be assured that I'll not allow this fall. I'll maintain the shop tomorrow to talk to a supervisor that may provide me some fulfillment or inform me whom to make contact with to obtain this issue resolved. It's really frustrating to see how Sears has handled their respected clients. This is the final point I actually buy from Sears and that I may tell-all of my loved ones and buddies to not store at Sears until I obtain my refund. What's this-world visiting whenever a main organization like Sears misleads their clients?
