Richard marrano of rjm electric was hired to wire our 2nd story addition. He left our job unfinished and stole all of our materials. He was an absolute nightmare. We found out he wasn't licensed and gave us his old employers license #. He arranged for a fake inspection. Stole my fiancee back surgery medicine from our medicine cabinet. I can go on and on.
