Fireplace installers and a rip off, very shoddy work, theif, unlicensed

I hired a man named Phil Higgins to install a fireplace. He lied about being licensed. He never finished installing the fireplace and mantle. He took my money and ran. The first and only day they (him and his son Brian) were there they didn't do much but sit around and his son stole my medication out of my medicine cabinet. They are losers and theives. Do Not hire them they will steal your money and run
