Misleading warranty poor quality products

In july-o9 we bought lanes rocker/recliner at lacks in odessa, we were told chair had lifetime warranty all furniture has 1 yr. Guarantee, 2 months later burgundy leather was fading to light red in contact areas, this chair already had repairs out of box, we went to store too speak to manager, salesperson returned and said he would not speak to us. Is this what lacks means in tv ad "we take better care of you" we contacted lanes too no avail. I emailed complaint to corporate office and was told fading was wear, nothing they could do. I say fading in 2 months is poor quality material, it should last for years. We reached manager later he said there is NO WARRANTY on material fading and lacks has NO MONEY BACK policy. This is what people should be told upfront. I saw tv ad and sent request for refund, no response. Consumers want option to return problem for refund too buy what they want where they want to do business. I suggest people check around. Some companies like lacks once they get your money you are stuck with what they give you.
