Misleading warranty poor quality products

In july-o9 we bought furniture at lacks in odessa, lanes rocker/recliner needed repairs out of box, 2 months later burgundy leather began fading to light red, we were told rocker has lifetime warranty 1 yr. Guarantee. When we went to store the manager would not speak to us so I emailed corporate lanes too no avail. They made excuses and passed the buck. I asked for refund, was denied. Later on phone manager said" NO WARRANTY on material fading and lacks has" NO MONEY BACK policy. Fading out in 2 months is poor quality. This info people need to know upfront. Consumers want option to return problem for refund.
