Please be aware, if you are searching for a job, that this company has their best interest in heart. You will be convinced that you are special and that they chose you out of a group of hundreds for an interview. Then you will be shuttled off with a worker to work an 8 hour day (no pay) and will be grilled intensely. At the end of the day, you are offered a position. SAY NO!
What I did, being gullible, is that I tried to fit into the company, bought a new wardrobe and studied the material on selling FIOS that they gave me. Then I worked hard to perfect my sales pitch and make my first sale. Although they tell you training is paid, its not until you make your 20th sale. Every person who works their tells you that they made at least 10 their first week there. They lied. It may take you months to make 20 sales, and perhaps the payment opportunity will have expired by then.
They have cult-like behavior in the morning and late night meetings, live together in an apartment, and all seem to be ridiculously wealthy for 20 year olds. Even the manager is young and shooting for her "first million."
Please, if you were thinking of applying, don't! It's not a dream position, you will not move up the ranks, and after you quit, they will change their name and relocate if necessary to escape problems. They relocated from New York to Rhode Island. They recently moved from 120 Amaral Street in E. Providence to Weymouth Street in Providence and switched website URLs. I will be reporting them to consumer affairs as they still owe me 200.00 for two weeks of work.
