Employment scams, false advertizing Providence and Riverside

After seeing multiple job postings for a company in my territory that I did not recognize, I called "Mark" at MPS Marketing Group to find out if they needed help with their recruiting efforts.
The man who answered the phone was very dodgy and reluctant to give out his name once I made it plain that I was in the placement business. Very suspicious, so I googled the company to try and find out more information.
It took a bit of research because the company seemed to have no trail or history (very unusual), and then I found this site. Rhode Island Job Seekers BEWARE!
