Want fix ice make

I purchased a fridge july 8 having a ice-maker the ice-maker hasn't worked the service-man set a brand new water device in, then place a brand new ice-maker within the fresh ice-maker on-off change don't fall into line using the pit to reduce it on or down and also the supply to create snow strikes aspect of the wall they stated that may be the method it`s operates today they claim i dont have sufficient water-pressure and also have 40 psi to 60 psi I'd never believed sears might handle a person such as this whenever you Speak with then you will find rude and certainly will never acknowledge they created an error
