The fix guy came to correct our fridge. He set the areas of our fridge on the ground rather than the counter. Then he continues to correct the fridge. The ice-maker started to spill on his mind, since the doorway was left available for such a long time. Then he eliminated the ice-maker which was not malfunctioning just before its elimination. He finished the fix. Quit the icemaker about the table and proceeded to his vehicle to obtain a bill. I'd to obtain he set the ice-maker back. The trickle which was originating from underneath the refrigerator ceased, but after he quit we'd a brand new trickle in the entrance of the fridge. That trickle was from the icemaker. I named Sears back and required atleast four-times he returns. I named seeking they provide mean estimated period of appearance. He didn't contact. I had been in my own house from 8:00am to almost 5pm since I didn't understand when he'd return. I named a problem middle and allegedly a was submitted and somebody from administration might call. Our demand was for that return of my charge, since the ice-maker performed correctly before the service-man visiting my home. They stated contact could be created within 48 business hours. He delivered did anything towards the ice-maker and remaining. He explained the icemaker might start to crop in 2 hours. Both hours arrived and went. No snow, however dripping. I called back and required that some otherwise arrived at restore my problem. I had been told somebody might return the next Monday. I named on Saturday, attempting to consult with administration about my criticism again; I had been informed somebody might contact me in 48 hours. No body up to now has delivered my phone. I'm extremely disappointed. I still need my reimbursement; I'll be calling Sears again, till I obtain a reaction. After I named AHS, my house warranty support that designated the corporation, I had been not provided any help possibly, I had been merely informed to make contact with Sears. Cheers!
