Ice Maker - not working - Sears Home Repai

Call Sears Home Service s SHS to repair ice maker in Kenmore Fridge (model 10656536400). Tech arrived and on 5-3-12 and replaced I.M. Module and water filter and told my wife that there was a problem with the water supply and to call a plumber. He then left after charging her $410 and the ice maker still is not functioning. I checked the water supply - took all of 5 mins, and it was perfect. I've called SHS to complain and they told me all they could do was send out another tech. And charge us for a service call - which looking at my previous bill is $206.80. Fat chance - I am done with this! After reading all these posts and all the problems and time it took to resolve - I don't have the stamina nor patience. So, after many years as a loyal customer to Sears, I will be going elsewhere for my appliances, tools, etc. Also, I am refutting the repair charge of $410.85 with my CC company. I am also logging a complaint with the BBB. So long sears!
