Will not give me guaranteed money back

I ordered 3 complete kits, I did not receive them even after calling and sending emails asking for the missing parts. I have tried working with Sean Drazin, the owner, but all he does is make a bunch of "promises" which he has never kept.

His published "Money Back Guarantee!" is worthless since he obviously does not intend to give me my money back.

I repeatedly asked for a refund, following their online policy. I have not received a refund.
