Worst customer support ever!

Samsung has got the toughest customer care i ever endured to cope with. I've anything samsung in my own house. Till i bought a brand new television. The pictures appeared as though somebody got some hair oil and put into the picture-tube. I named the organization to determine so what can I actually do. To begin I had been store for good before my phone was selected. The very first repetition i talked to she was good not that pleased since she did I would like to understand that she was a new comer to the organization, that is okay so she transf. The phone call to some s/repetition. Who had been so unpleasant that she must of became popular. I am sadden to express this organization must educate there repetitions how customer support representative must manage all kinds of calls. Samsung dropped a brand new client.
