Nylimos I had specifically booked and paid for a Surburban SUV 6 passenger which their online photo showed 3 rows of seating but I got a different SUV with 1 row instead

I hired this company 12 for their Surburban SUV which their online photo showed to have 3 rows of seating in the back as we needed the room.instead, I received a rather run down different model SUV with only 1 row. My confirmation from them showed the correct Suburban SUV photo along with my confirmation number.

Upon our arrival back home, I emailed them to tell them that I was very disappointed and one of the owners apologized and told me that he would give me a special rate on my next trip and to give my confirmation number when booking the next trip in order to get the special rate.

Last week, I emailed them with my confirmation number to get my special rate and they ignored me. I emailed them again and they ignored me. I then sent them another email without giving me name or confirmation number and they immediately responded but when I replied about my special rate offer, I never heard from them again. I then left on my trip and used a different company.

Today 11/16/09 I emailed to tell them that I used a different company on my trip this past weekend and it was their loss for not making good on their promise and that I will never call on them again and this was their reply: Sorry We dont do service for the parasitical like yourself with the bullshit agenda like you putting your mystical ends to justify the means. You are not worth our efforts. You did not even have the courage to call and confrontso F*K OFF!!!
Subject: Re: Contact from NYALS.com website They scrolled this reply to me at least 30 times in which I finally had to block their email address and report as spam as well. This is harrassment, stalking and very slanderous but most of all, very uncalled for. I intend to pursue my remedies to the fullest as this is absolutely no way to treat a repeat customer or any customer for that matter.
