Ordered the melt it off around December 2. Went through the automation system answering no to all the extra introductory offers. The process took forever and I did not receive a confirmation number at the end of the call. I had to call back and ask for the confirmation number which they were unable to give me because it had not been 24hrs since making the order. I received a call a wk later offering me a free gas card valued at $100 to try some nonsense they were offering and if I didnt like it I could keep the gas card but had 30days to cancel offer. I told the ordering service no to the gas card and no to the special offer. I was told that my visa card was charged $1 and if I didn't cancel the special offer they would charge my account every month $29.99? Again, I told them I did not want $100 or special offer and they were not authorized to charge my account for anything other than my purchase. When I asked to speak with customer service, I was switched to another representative pushing the same offer. I never got transfer to customer service. I received the box on 12/14/10 and without opening it... I sent it back through the post office. I was so angry at the entire process that you do not have to worry about me every ordering from this company. I'm still in shock and have yet to receive a refund.
